Job Summary:
">We are seeking a Asset Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to lead and coordinate the management of infrastructure assets.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing infrastructure assets in collaboration with peers to deliver and optimize capital programs, maintenance regimes, and provide asset management and technical expertise.
">The asset portfolios include the Sewerage and/or Water systems which will include but are not limited to pumping stations (e.g. pumps, rising mains, cranes, fire suppression assets, instrumentation); water mains, gravity pipelines, structures, roads and bridges; penstocks and flowmeters; valves, pressure reducing stations and instrumentation; air treatment facilities; sewerage and water Treatment
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and coordinate robust stakeholder engagement and communications, including communicating complex engineering matters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
">- Partner with key people on projects and communicate with a variety of stakeholders including consultants, local councils, government representatives, planning authorities, developers and community members.
">- Utilize exceptional stakeholder engagement, resilience and negotiation skills to navigate complex issues, conversations, expectations and the general demands and priorities of the role.
">Requirements:
">- Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the water or sewerage industry.
">- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
">- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
