Senior Road Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:

Our infrastructure team is responsible for developing and implementing solutions to complex problems. As a Senior Road Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the world we live in across the Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical leadership in road design, delivering efficient, safe, and innovative solutions to clients' problems.
  • Design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary roads projects as Job Manager and/or Project Director.
  • Verification of road projects against current Australian standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team, including workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Coaching and mentoring young team members in technical areas, project planning, and execution.
  • Business development activities, identifying opportunities, and securing projects with clients and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia (or equivalent Professional Society).
  • Civil engineering experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on road projects.
  • Good knowledge of VicRoads and Austroads guidelines.
