About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Armadale. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and practices that support the learning and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the educational programs and practices within the centre, ensuring they are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes for children, including the development of educator teams and the implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to drive change and champion practice uplift and excellence.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the educational programs and practices within the centre.

Requirements
