Early Childhood Education Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Director and leading the centre team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Requirements:
- A Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education
- Hold a current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
