Early Childhood Leader and Practice Champion

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood leader to join our team at Goodstart Armadale. As a champion of practice uplift and excellence, you will work alongside our Educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children.
About the RoleIn this key leadership position, you will be responsible for leading change and championing best practices in early childhood education. Your strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards will enable you to provide expert guidance and support to your team members.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, on par with that of state primary school teachers, if they hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Additionally, you will receive 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and 6 weeks paid parental leave.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). You should also possess a current WA Working with Children Check and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
