About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading change and championing practice uplift and excellence in our centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and support their development.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education is provided to children.
  • Collaborate with centre leaders to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and strategies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check.
