Job Opportunity: Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive regional operations in the Northwest NSW portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading operational execution in one of the largest and complex regions.
  • Designing and implementing regional operational strategies to enhance safety, service performance, and efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining operational relationships with customers to support business strategy, growth, and operational success.
  • Developing leadership capability and fostering a culture of collaboration across the business.
  • Driving key initiatives to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Engaging with regulatory bodies, external partners, and unions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

  • Experience in managing complex operations, ideally in freight or heavy industry.

  • Excellent contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
