Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to coordinate interview and selection processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Generalist HR Support:
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations issues and case management.
  • Assist with onboarding and contract preparation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance in line with policy and legislation.
About You:
  • Previous experience in HR advisory roles, preferably within healthcare or community settings.
  • Exposure to employee relations casework and confident providing first-line advice.
  • Familiarity with relevant Awards – particularly the SCHADS Award.
  • Experience using HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, adaptable and passionate about making a difference.
