Human Resources Leader Role

We are excited to partner with a company for a newly created HR Manager position. As an HR Manager, you will lead organisational practices, talent development and management, employee relations, performance management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance enhancement.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Drive employee engagement and lead direct reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ in a senior role (healthcare or medical preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
