Job Role

This position offers a unique blend of hands-on recruitment and core HR advisory support within a values-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support
    • Manage the entire recruitment process: advertising, screening, scheduling and candidate communication
    • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to coordinate a smooth interview and selection process
    • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Generalist HR Support
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues and case management
    • Assist with employee onboarding and contract preparation
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
    • Respond to day-to-day HR queries and provide policy and legislative guidance
About You
  • Previous experience in HR advisory roles, ideally in healthcare or non-profit settings
  • Confident in handling ER casework and providing first-line advice
  • Familiarity with relevant awards, particularly the SCHADS Award
  • Experience using HRIS systems, such as Employment Hero
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, adaptable and passionate about making a difference
