Process Designer Lead Opportunity

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Process Designer (not just Process Analyst) for a contact centre migration
  • Process & workflow design and optimization, journey orchestration
  • Excellent experience in Future-state Roadmap Design
  • Strong attention to details with excellent documentation skills
  • Expertise in tools including JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to work closely with Business Analysts & Stakeholder management expertise - be able to communicate effectively with technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Previous experience troubleshooting & testing
  • Previous experience in Telco is highly regarded
