  • Work with the UX Research team to conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all elements of the app, conducting regular design reviews and working with development teams to maintain high quality standards.
  • Maintain and update design specifications, ensuring clear guidelines are followed for consistent implementation throughout the app.
  • Partner with Product Specialists, Developers, and other business stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer expectations.

Core Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mobile app design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in end-to-end design processes.
  • Strong user-centred design skills, with the ability to lead discovery, testing, and iteration phases.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and Technology.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring consistent and high-quality design execution across the app.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and methodologies is a plus.
