The Role

  • Develop and implement quality management systems.
  • Supervise Quality Coordinators and ensure alignment.
  • Solve QA queries and escalate quality concerns.
  • Raise and action Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Conduct pre-start meetings and prepare presentations.
  • Develop procedures, management plans, and inspection test plans.
  • Maintain records and registers.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members.

About You

  • Hold a welding inspector certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance role in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of relevant industry standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
