About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional to join our team at Telstra. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maximise sales by providing the latest product and service information to customers, and achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering great customer experiences.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly advantageous.
