As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals and live life to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload, working closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, using your expertise in functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
- Collaborate with our team of allied health professionals and employment consultants to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and employees, working together to prevent injuries and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy, with full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits, with a desire to problem-solve and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
