About the Role

IPAR is a leading national occupational rehabilitation provider, dedicated to supporting individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals and live life to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload, working closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, using your expertise in functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with our team of allied health professionals and employment consultants to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and employees, working together to prevent injuries and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy, with full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits, with a desire to problem-solve and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
