Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in the Wodonga region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent after-sales service to our existing customer base, upselling new services, and growing our customer base within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and efficiently action inbound customer calls and inquiries, providing professional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Prioritize and perform duties in a fast-paced and varied role, proactively pursuing new business in a structured, focused, and considered manner.
- Develop and nurture existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each week.
- Demonstrate a keen passion to drive the business forward and continue to grow, developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the business and identifying enhancement opportunities and suggesting solutions for improvement.
- Strive for improvement in operations while upholding a high level of safety at all times.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who enjoys a challenge, has strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and is well-presented. Face-to-face sales experience is preferred, and you should be outgoing by nature, enjoy meeting people, and have a strong focus on customer service.
