Senior Business Partner Role Overview The Department of Education is seeking a strategic risk professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to join their team. This role plays a crucial part in building organisational resilience by developing risk assessment programs, analysing business processes, and maintaining enterprise-level risk and continuity documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Department's risk management and business continuity frameworks.
  • Conduct research and data analysis on risk practices; contribute to risk assessment programs; provide operational input into the review of control strategies and accountability mechanisms.
  • Engage with business areas across the Department to deliver targeted training, guidance, and resources that build local capability in managing operational risks and business continuity.
  • Deliver high-quality advice and support effective risk governance to strengthen enterprise resilience.
