Business Resilience Specialist
We seek an ambitious Business Resilience Specialist to join our team in driving corporate risk management and ensuring the resilience of our organisation.
This position will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Business Continuity Management Programme that enables us to deliver vital services even during periods of unprecedented disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all levels of staff and management to refresh operational risks in a timely manner.
- Contribute to quarterly risk updates for the entire organisation.
- Test controls to verify effective risk management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Review and update the Risk Management Framework and its supporting documentation.
- Support General Managers in developing and maintaining business continuity plans.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team with external stakeholders and internal customers at all levels.
- Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a clear and concise writing style.
