Senior ICT Project Lead

This is a senior-level position for an experienced project lead to manage a large-scale, high-value ICT business transformation program. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale ICT programs in complex environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a highly complex ICT business solution project. This includes overseeing solution requirements, procurement, design, configuration, implementation, and transition into steady-state support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage governance structures, project planning, risk, and issue resolution.
  • Engage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with business priorities.
  • Drive organisational change management and adoption through structured methodologies.
  • Provide clear leadership in areas of probity, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Requirements:
  • Mandatory relocation to Darwin for the duration of the contract.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Working with Children (Ochre) Card.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, MS Suite) and JIRA is also desirable.
