Job Title: ICT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ICT project manager to lead the delivery of ICT solutions to business units.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned project manager with expertise in ICT project implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of ICT solutions to business units as directed by senior management.
  • Develop required project documentation as per the ICT project lifecycle and methodology.
  • Collaborate with business units, vendors, and ICT support staff on developing business processes, functional documents, and technical documents.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in ICT project implementation and management, including budget management, project schedules, risk management, resource management, vendor management, and quality assurance.
  • Experience in delivering technical ICT/OT solutions, including enterprise systems through a standard development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology and/or agile methodology.
  • Ability to successfully deliver ICT systems in challenging environments involving multiple vendors, stakeholders, mandated timeframes, and budget constraints.
  • High-level strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills, including successfully translating complex requirements into succinct design and scoping documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high-level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and information transfer at all levels.
Desirable:
  • PRINCE2 Foundation Certification
  • Knowledge and application of cyber security standards and frameworks applied within the energy sector and industrial control systems (AESCSF and IEC62443)
  • ITIL V3 Certification
