Job Description:

Lead a bold new initiative to redefine how Australian federal government agencies migrate to the cloud. Join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) as we guide major agencies through ERP migration with strategy, expert delivery, and scalable, lasting impact.

The initial assignment is an 18-month transformation program, after which you will transition into the broader Customer Success and Delivery area.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Define account strategies in collaboration with SAP's Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem.
  • Bridge customer business strategy and SAP solutions by crafting to-be business and solution architectures and designing an enterprise transformation roadmap to enable cloud adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their desired SAP-based Enterprise Architecture outcomes.
  • Support assessment of current customer solutions and identify opportunities for faster adoption and expansion of SAP footprints.
  • Engage with customers to support sales cycles as part of the SAP account team.
  • Drive business and IT architecture definitions ensuring alignment with SAP, customers, and partners.
  • Develop roadmaps to help customers transition to SAP cloud solutions; provide architecture deliverables (business & solution architecture, target state, transformation roadmap).
  • Support creating demand through thought leadership and innovation positioning; understand customer business processes and future needs; promote standard cloud architectures.
  • Guide governance, transformation roadmaps, and the expansion of SAP portfolio value with the customer.

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with considerable experience in software/IT as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor, with expertise in Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting, or Business Development and a track record of successful outcomes.

Key qualifications include deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models, and cloud-based commerce/business networks, proven leadership and project management experience, ability to drive tangible outcomes in Enterprise Architecture for customers, and fluency in English.
