Our Centre of Excellence for Federal Australian Agencies will build a high-performance team to guide major agencies through the process of ERP migration — with proven strategy, expert delivery, and lasting impact.

This is an opportunity to set new industry benchmarks and drive real transformation where it matters most.

As a highly respected and senior resource with strong solution knowledge and deep implementation experience, you will be essential in designing, driving and rationalising solutions to support customer outcomes.

The Services Solutioning Architect role requires strong solutioning skills to translate customer expectations into a sellable and deliverable compelling proposal based on CS&D Portfolio and in close coordination with Subject Matter Experts and all Sales teams.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in project estimation methodologies, value-based business cases, services sales processes, and multiple full-cycle implementations. Experience in building rough order of magnitude estimates and consolidation of requirements from multiple SMEs is also necessary.

  • Develop comprehensive solution designs, including timelines, approach, scope, risks, and assumptions.
  • Orchestrate the overall solution to meet customer requirements, addressing solution and implementation approach.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop rough order of magnitude estimates.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the collation and overall design of the solution bid response or proactive proposal.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Aligning and engaging all stakeholders required for deal execution.
  • Providing input to the services sales strategy for each opportunity.
  • Liaising and coordinating with other knowledgeable resources, including delivery, practice leads, and industry experts.
  • Ensuring effective positioning and usage of relevant service portfolio items in the solution.
