Job Title:

International Travel and Security Coordinator


Job Description:
  • Lead the coordination of international travel security programs across Asia Pacific, focusing on employee health and insurance coverage.
  • Collaborate with global security teams to assess travel risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation through insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including insurance policies and membership management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, such as insurance brokers and International SOS.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical guidance on program employee health and travel insurance coverage.
  2. Ensure all departments understand their insurance needs and facilitate coverage adjustments as necessary.
  3. Liaise with insurance brokers to coordinate negotiations and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  4. Develop and maintain broker relationships and stay informed on market trends.
  5. Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including gathering information, preparing documentation, and negotiating terms.
  6. Analyse renewal proposals and advise senior management on coverage and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with Risk Management to identify and assess risks and ensure adequate coverage.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + Five years' experience or Master's Degree + Three years' experience in a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in insurance coordination or travel risk management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and travel safety frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage external relationships and coordinate travel safety strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High organisational and analytical skills, including record-keeping and report production.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements across Asia Pacific jurisdictions.
