Job Description

We are seeking an expert in travel security and insurance to lead our program employee health and travel insurance functions across Asia Pacific.

This role will coordinate the negotiation of insurance terms, ensure comprehensive coverage, and maintain accurate tracking of traveller data.

You will work closely with our Global Security Office and Program teams to assess travel risks and ensure safe, compliant international travel.

This is a key position that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in managing external relationships with service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with insurance brokers to negotiate terms and ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Develop and maintain strong broker relationships
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including gathering information and preparing documentation
  • Analyse renewal proposals and advise senior management on coverage and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify and assess risks and ensure they are adequately covered by insurance policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records and documentation
  • Prepare regular reports on insurance activities, renewals, claims, and coverage status for management review
  • Analyse insurance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree + Five years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Three years of relevant experience
  • 5-10 years' experience in insurance coordination or travel risk management
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and travel safety frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage external relationships, particularly with service providers
  • Experience in coordinating travel safety and risk mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of organisational and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements across Asia Pacific jurisdictions relevant to insurance and international travel
