As a process engineer, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and solving complex problems. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to join our plastics manufacturing site in Victoria, Australia.
About the RoleThis hands-on position involves working closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement, enhance reliability, and contribute to capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement best practice processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate maintenance analysis and root cause analysis to drive reliability improvements and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve plant efficiency.
- Prepare business cases and justifications for capital initiatives.
- Degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles applied in practical operational settings.
- Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning.
