The Fleet Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimal management of our plant portfolio throughout the asset management lifecycle, spanning planning, design and acquisition.

This involves working closely with other team members to optimize plant performance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize plant performance through effective maintenance and repair strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

  • Develop and maintain detailed records and reports
  • Provide expert advice on plant equipment and systems

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in plant operations, maintenance, fleet management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of plant equipment and systems
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plant equipment issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions
