About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team at a leading hospitality venue in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff supervision, training, and development. You will also be responsible for managing security, BOH duties, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the venue, including staff management, training, and development
  • Manage security, BOH duties, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar high-volume venue
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Impeccable presentation and professionalism
