Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our multidisciplinary team, providing clinical guidance and supervision in the delivery of youth mental health services across multiple sites.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our centre's management team and contribute to the strategic development of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, promoting evidence-based interventions and best practice.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive clinical governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legislative requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Mentor and develop clinical staff, promoting career growth and professional development.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including funding bodies, community partners, and universities, to ensure effective collaboration and partnership working.
  • Promote safe environments and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies as Site Manager.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health nursing, or social work (with mental health accreditation).
  • Current professional registration (AHPRA or AASW).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in mental health, preferably within youth services.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health trends, stepped care, and service delivery models.
  • Proven skills in clinical supervision, mentoring, workforce support, and stakeholder engagement.
