Clinical Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced clinical leader to oversee the delivery of evidence-based interventions and a stepped model of care in our centres.
The successful candidate will provide clinical guidance and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, overseeing clinical governance, accreditation, and continuous service improvement. They will ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of evidence-based interventions
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with funding bodies, community partners, and universities
- Mentor and develop clinical staff and placement students
- Foster a culture of learning and professional growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in clinical management. A degree in a relevant field is essential, along with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
