**Customer Service Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced customer service professional to lead our dedicated team of experts. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, managing processes, and driving performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer service professionals to excel in their roles.
- Establish performance benchmarks and ensure the team consistently meets targets.
- Manage customer escalations effectively and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Conduct process analysis to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide essential support to maintain seamless operations.

**Requirements:**

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service management or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Pronto systems is a plus but not required.
