About the Role- Supervise a team of customer service professionals on a relief basis, allocating tasks and acting as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries.
- Organize and allocate tasks and activities of the team on shift.
- Provide top-notch support to customers through prompt resolution of their issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrated leadership skills, and experience working with CRM systems such as InfoGenesis and LINKS. A First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check Clearance are also essential requirements.
Requirements- A valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- A clear Working with Children Check Clearance.
- Demonstrated high-level attention to detail.
- Experience handling cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess high-quality customer service skills.
- Availability and flexibility to work shifts according to operational demands.
- A clear performance management history for at least 12 months.
