We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer service team and overseeing all aspects of customer order management.

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training, coaching, and career development support.">
  • Drive commercial results through proactive order management, delivery coordination, and optimizing shipping schedules.">
  • E nsure order accuracy in line with regulatory requirements, managing credits, returns, and stock procurement.">
  • Produce and analyze reports on sales history, invoicing forecasts, trends, and order status.">
  • Build strong relationships with customers, handle feedback professionally, and proactively communicate on delays or issues.">
  • Drive process improvements to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and improve working capital.">
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.">
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.">
  • Strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred), with ERP experience (JDE/SAP desirable).">
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry.">
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.">
