This key position reports directly to the Lead-Internal and Change Communications and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with various stakeholders to plan and execute integrated internal and change communications programs, events, and leadership communications.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement internal and change communications strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement and alignment.
- Provide strategic communications advice for internal programs and change initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
- Contribute to the annual content calendar by creating compelling stories that inform and inspire employees, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
