This key position reports directly to the Lead-Internal and Change Communications and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with various stakeholders to plan and execute integrated internal and change communications programs, events, and leadership communications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal and change communications strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement and alignment.
  • Provide strategic communications advice for internal programs and change initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the annual content calendar by creating compelling stories that inform and inspire employees, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Support RetireAustralia's communications response to crises and issues as they arise, leveraging expertise from key external providers when necessary.
  • Build lasting relationships with colleagues in the Communications team and key stakeholders to craft effective and engaging communications that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate on planning and executing internal events, including bi-annual conferences and other high-profile gatherings.
