Investor Support Officer Job Opportunity

The role of Investor Support Officer is a crucial part within our Marketing and Investor Support team, responsible for effectively promoting the benefits of our investment opportunities to prospective investors through our CRM platform.

This involves working closely with our Provisioning Group to ensure leasing targets are achieved for our Provisioning Programs. The successful candidate will have experience in a selling environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus.

The team provides advice, support, and specialist services to the Provisioning Group, and is responsible for generating quality leads and nurturing investors through to conversion to landlord.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experienced in a selling environment, working independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to be flexible in adopting new sales and marketing strategies
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Professional experience in the Australian residential property market, including understanding tenancy law and lease documentation

The Investor Support Officer will work closely with the Provisioning Group to achieve leasing targets and contribute to the growth and development of our investment opportunities.
