Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring final reports meet all necessary reporting requirements
  • Staying current with property market trends
  • Maintaining comparable databases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • RPV or CPV Qualified
  • Knowledge of property valuation industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Numerical/financial acumen
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident user of Word and Excel
  • Able to learn internal systems and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Liaising with various stakeholders at all levels
