**What this opportunity involves**:
Working closely with all key stakeholders, the role is responsible for delivering a high level of client satisfaction. You will be required to manage a portion of the Commonwealth of Australia's national property portfolio which is diverse in asset class and geography, ranging from commercial offices to specialist sites and centres.

In managing the portfolio, you will undertake a wide range of activities including new lease negotiations or site terminations, property inspections, repairs & maintenance, third party and stakeholder management and becoming a trusted property advisor to your client.

You will be an integral member of our team and directly contributing to the success of the Whole of Australian Government JLL contract.

This position can be located in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and we can offer hybrid working arrangements (JLL office, home and client site).

We are looking for someone with drive and passion You will have experience working in a professional environment with proven client relationship management skills.

Property experience is required as is understanding leases & lease obligations, and you will excel in stakeholder engagement, be resilient, and have the ability to manage the client's expectations.

Please note as this is working on a government portfolio, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and a Relevant Real Estate / Property Management Certification is also required.
