Business Portfolio Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers and referral partners.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in retail/business banking and/or credit assessment, with a deep knowledge of business/commercial practices and BFS products and services.

You will also possess strong sales, lending, and credit assessment skills, with the ability to develop and manage individual and team performance. Additionally, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare and submit business lending proposals for approval.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires you to work closely with our broker clients and internal stakeholders to achieve income targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key customers and referral partners.
  • Develop and implement sales/ income campaigns and initiatives to promote tailored Bank products and services.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit business lending proposals for approval.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in retail/business banking and/or credit assessment.
  • Deep knowledge of business/commercial practices and BFS products and services.
  • Strong sales, lending, and credit assessment skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
