
EPortfolio Implementation Specialist

This role involves the implementation of an ePortfolio platform in a higher education setting.
The successful candidate will support the initial deployment of the platform and stage roll-out across faculties.
- Collaborate with academic and professional staff to implement the ePortfolio platform in areas such as accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress tracking.
- Design and develop forms, templates, and reports using an ePortfolio platform in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Pilot new educational technologies, implement workflows, and evaluate their effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in technology-enabled learning, teaching, and/or curriculum for higher education.
- Demonstrated experience with ePortfolio platforms (preferably Risr) in areas such as accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress mapping/tracking.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions while collaborating with staff at all levels.
- Excellent digital skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps); Power Apps experience is highly regarded.
The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple concurrent projects.
