Job Opportunity

The ePortfolio Educational Designer/Technologist plays a vital role in the successful deployment and implementation of an educational technology platform within the Faculty of Medicine & Health.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement multiple areas of the ePortfolio platform, including accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff to implement the ePortfolio platform in various contexts.
  • Design and develop forms, templates, and reports using an ePortfolio platform to support teaching and learning initiatives.
  • Pilot new educational technologies, implement workflows, and evaluate their effectiveness in enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in technology-enhanced learning, teaching, and/or curriculum development for higher education.
  • Experience working with ePortfolio platforms, particularly Risr, in areas such as accreditation, workplace-based assessment, and programmatic assessment.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions while collaborating with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent digital skills in Microsoft Office suite and Power Platform.
