We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Systems Specialist

As a Payroll Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our payroll team. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HRIS system, improving processes and user experience.

  • Implement and maintain our HRIS system to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS project team to test, migrate and roll out new features of our HRIS system.
  • Provide top-notch support to employees and management on payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, from smooth onboarding and terminations to seamless leave management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll systems implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
