Chief Quality Excellence Specialist

Key to driving excellence across major construction projects is a Quality Assurance Engineer who can maintain quality management systems, conduct audits and inspections, and support project teams in delivering work that meets regulatory and client expectations.
This key role focuses on ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain quality control systems aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with project teams to create and execute quality plans and inspection procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, providing feedback and driving corrective actions
- Manage non-compliance processes including root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Deliver training on quality processes and standards to project teams
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations and standards
- Support supplier and subcontractor quality assurance
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a Quality Engineer role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and quality management systems
- Experience in audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies
