Seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day concierge operations at an upscale residential complex.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage onsite letting services, ensuring seamless resident experiences.
- Support onboarding, lease preparation, and compliance documentation for residents.
- Manage tenant move-ins/outs, property inspections, and general liaison duties.
- Ensure all letting activities align with brand standards and building expectations.
- Lead the Concierge team, overseeing daily operations and escalating matters as needed.
- Coach and mentor the front-facing team in service standards, discretion, and brand alignment.
- A strong focus on resort operations and industry trends.
- Sound understanding of emerging trends in the sector.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop, and inspire teams.
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
- Ability to think strategically and plan on a mid to long-term scale.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and high energy levels.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all team members.
- Queensland Real Estate License or Residential Letting License – highly desirable.
