We seek a Property Manager to lead concierge operations and support onsite letting portfolio management.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of exclusive onsite letting service.
- Support resident onboarding, lease preparation, and compliance documentation.
- Manage tenant move-ins/outs, inspections, and general liaison.
- Assist in ensuring all letting activity aligns with brand standards and building expectations.
- Lead Concierge team and oversee daily concierge operations, escalating building matters when needed.
- Counsel and mentor front-facing teams in service standards, discretion, and brand alignment.
- Strong focus on resort operations.
- Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop, and inspire teams.
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
- Ability to think strategically and plan on mid- to long-term scales.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and high level of energy.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
