We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our company's projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading portfolio reporting and supporting program and project status updates
- Supporting proactive risk and issue management by collaborating with stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate forecasts for the project portfolio
- Tracking overall delivery costs
- Maintaining and enhancing portfolio, program, and project management tools
- Supporting the maturation of our business operations
- Enabling resource supply and demand matching
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and have a passion for technology, backed by relevant qualifications or experience.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Experience working in project environments with knowledge of agile, SAFe, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Understanding of high-performing IT delivery organizations - roles, responsibilities, tooling
- Ability to influence teams to adhere to best practices through collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing status reports and delivery materials
- Experience in financial reporting for senior leadership
- Experience in risk and issue management, as well as IT resource management
- An innovative approach to problem-solving and task management
This is a Level 5 position, remunerated at $115,748 - $122,323 plus superannuation, based on experience.
