Sheet Metal Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Team Member (Sheet Metal) to join our operations team at Stratco's manufacturing and roll form facility.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working an 8-hour Day Shift (6am - 2.06pm) or Afternoon Shift (2:54pm - 11:00pm) in Canning Vale.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture goods to our customers' requirements
- Operate metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
- Pick and pack products
- Interpret product drawings
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
- Essential: Experience using Sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks)
- Essential: Strong mechanical aptitude
- Essential: At least an AQF Certificate III in Engineering or similar – Sheet Metal
- Desirable: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
