Production Team Member

The role of Production Team Member at Stratco is an excellent opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our operations team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working an 8-hour Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm).
About the Job:
- Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements;
- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment;
- Picking and packing products;
- Interpreting product drawings;
- Participating in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment;
- Demonstrating attention to detail and being quality assurance focused.
About You:
- Essential - Strong mechanical aptitude;
- Desirable - At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs;
- Ability to interpret product drawings;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Commitment to producing quality products;
- Basic computer skills;
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
