Production Team Member

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team at Stratco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products for our trade and retail customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing goods to customer specifications
- Operating metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines
- Picking and packing products
- Interpreting product drawings
- Participating in training on specific equipment
- Demonstrating attention to detail and quality assurance focus
- Adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment
Requirements
- Experience with sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- AQF Certificate III in Engineering or similar - Sheet Metal
- Desirable: at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to develop customer-focused solutions
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Willingness to enhance customer experience through enthusiasm, energy, and pace
