Production Team Member

Role Overview
Stratco is seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join their operations team at their Canning Vale facility. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products for the company's trade and retail customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture goods to customer specifications
- Operate metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines, as well as general sheet metal equipment
- Pick and pack products
- Interpret product drawings
- Participate in training on specific plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and quality assurance focus
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
Requirements
- Essential: Experience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery
- Essential: Strong mechanical aptitude
- Essential: AQF Certificate III in Engineering or similar - Sheet Metal
- Desirable: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Effective problem solver with ability to develop customer-focused solutions
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
