The Care Excellence Lead plays a pivotal role in leading Allied Health and Clinical staff, working collaboratively with clients, their families, and the broader Home and Community Care team to embed best practice in clinical services and education.
This involves leading and facilitating the implementation of clinical policies and practices throughout our region's services. The position is primarily responsible for providing clinical expertise and advice, managing clinical risk, ensuring quality assurance, and implementing clinical governance.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring, educating, and advising local HACC teams on best practice delivery. You will also lead the implementation of our quality management system to ensure compliance with Aged Care standards and relevant legislation.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 5 years or more of experience in their field, excellent communication skills, and a tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied Health.
