About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Clinical Manager to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical leadership and management. Your focus will be on ensuring excellence in quality care provision, implementing all clinical governance and compliance targets, and driving innovation and quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a multi-disciplinary service delivery team and be skilled in leading the coordination of care for adults and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage with individuals, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, participants, carers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical leadership and management
  • Implement clinical governance and compliance targets
  • Drive innovation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary service delivery team
  • Lead the coordination of care for adults and their families

Requirements:

  • Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
  • Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake assessment and initial screening activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
